This is our career, employability, entrepreneurship and leadership conference for undergraduates, fresh graduates and young professionals. Chart the future equips young people with the necessary skills required for excellence in the 21st-century marketplace. We connect them to opportunities in the marketplace while also providing mentorship and guidance. They also develop leadership capability and a sense of meaning as they volunteer through YEC to help younger students in primary and secondary schools.
For the first time ever, YEC Chart The Future is coming to the University of Ibadan.

One thing I will always remember about YEC is the impact made in my life. The talks opened my eyes to see the world in different perspective, the speech topics gave me the opportunity to research more and ignited a burning passion for a better world and positive change.

It’s been 15 years of being a part of YEC, and I have moved from being an attendee to volunteer to member and now to being a part of the executive team. I have enjoyed the privilege of mentorship, direction, discovery of purpose, platforms to express my gifts, as well as community supports.

Since I encountered YEC in 2007, my perspective and orientation about leadership and influence has experienced a change and build up. Learning from the life, stories, character and growth trajectory of our leaders has imbibed in me the culture of excellence.
